1. Commercial Entity & Brand Identity
This website is operated by Sikora Himalayan Organics, registered in the State of Sikkim, India. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sikora Himalayan Organics. By visiting our storefront or procuring harvests from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Natural Harvest Variations
Because our crops are 100% natural, heirloom, and stone-ground without synthetic chemical standardized agents or artificial food dyes, slight variations in natural golden aroma, hue, and grind consistency may occur across seasonal harvests. These nuances are a signature mark of genuine high-altitude Himalayan agriculture.
3. Pricing & Billing Transparency
All prices stated on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory GST (Goods & Services Tax) applicable to organic spices and agricultural produce. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue harvests based on seasonal alpine yield fluctuations.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gangtok, East Sikkim.
