Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every harvest of Sikora turmeric and mountain buckwheat flour is packaged upon order confirmation to lock in essential volatile oils and aroma terpenes. Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are prepared and handed to our logistics partners within 24 to 48 hours directly from our Sikkim fulfillment center.

We partner with India's premier express logistics providers including Blue Dart Express, Delhivery Air, and India Post Speed Post to ensure timely descent from high-altitude valleys:

• North-East & West Bengal: 2 to 3 business days.
• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 regions): 5 to 7 business days.

To safeguard single-origin potency without synthetic chemical liners, we pack exclusively in multi-layered, moisture-impermeable bio-kraft pouches fitted with resealable aroma zip-locks. Outer shipping cartons are 100% recyclable, plastic-free corrugated craft paper sealed with water-activated paper gum tape.

We provide Complimentary Express Shipping on all domestic orders valued at ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat carrier fee of ₹70 is applied at checkout to subsidize express air freight from Sikkim.
